Great experience here! Yes, there was some waiting involved, but it was understandable. I saw several staff members as they took my information as performed tests - the staff members were pleasant and professional.

I had a multiple torn Retina and got an appointment immediately. I got in filling out paper work and they took to the back room before I finished. Ally was my assistant and she was so reassuring and professional. My Dr. Greg Budoff was very clear and Proffessional. I just want to say to others, be patient, your a patient and these are Proffesionals, so try to act like it when you get there. Michael Porter.

The office is managed incredibly poorly. For every appointment I have ever had, the wait is at least 30 minutes past appointment time. The crowded waiting room is filled with people all complaining about the long wait. After finally being called back, the patient then waits in a second waiting room for up to an hour. This is not a one time occurrence on a particularly busy day; this is every single appointment I have ever had.
I have come to expect to spend three + hours for an appointment that takes 30 minutes at most.

If I could leave zero stars I would! What Drs office makes you wait 3 hrs!!! Not one time BUT 2 DIFFERENT TIMES!!! That is a SERIOUS PROBLEM!!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. My appointment was for 11:55. I ended up spending two and a half hours waiting for someone to see me. If you can go somewhere else, please do! On top of this, the staff is extremely rude, slow, and overall generally unpleasant to deal with. Please, save your time and effort and schedule an appointment elsewhere. It is not worth the stress and waste of your time this place is.

I can’t say enough about how this practice has treated us so far. I am in healthcare and I have a daughter with multiple disabilities so my perspective is that of both consumer and caregiver. From the time I first called and spoke to Sharon, until my final call with the surgical coordinator Michelle, this office has bent over backwards to help me find the right care for my daughter. I had trouble getting the referral sent from the prior MD office - Sharon jumped in and made calls on our behalf. A procedure was schedule very promptly. When I had questions about the specifics of the procedure & what was included, Michelle contacted Dr. Nanda, who, deciding he could not meet my daughters needs, directly called to refer her to another practice. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful they were, I have rarely encountered this degree of dedication on behalf of the patient. I am very grateful to this practice for their care!

Walked in and the place was packed, probably +30 people sitting around.
I hate waiting unreasonable periods of time so I asked how long.
The answer was 3 hours, 1.5 hours before I’d be seen.
This is the classic practice that wants to pack as many clients to sit and wait for them so there are no down times that amount to lost earnings.
Told the front desk to cancel my appointment and left. Too many sheep will wait as long as someone tells them to. Not me. Too many doctors within 15 minutes of home to do that.

Stay away from this office unless you want to spend 3+ hours for just one appointment. I have had surgeries done in less time. Unbelievable. It does not matter if the staff were nice when you wait 3+ hours. You lose your patience and become irritated
