If I could give this place 0 stars I would . I took this job last month only because I wanted to be at home with my daughter . Training was completely stupid, all the trainer(Amanda) did was assign us online assignments and that would break down everything on what to do when your taking calls. Mind you when it came to shadowing, she had to have a sup do it instead of herself . You will only learn after you’ve been doing calls. Another thing, they make you clock out if you need to step out or need to use the rr then clock back in when your done. And the time you were out for, you have to make it up the same day. If you aren’t able to work on your scheduled day, you’re required to make it up either after your regular schedule or your days off on the same week. The only good thing about this job was that it was a work from home job , but the people you have to deal with is ridiculous, especially for the pay. As well as management sucks, if someone request to speak to a supervisor, they have to wait up to 3 business days. Then we are stuck dealing with the caller getting pissed . This job doesn’t know what they are doing and don’t have the proper training to do their jobs. Please stay away!

I had a disappointing experience with FMA Alliance, specifically with KIMBERLY, the manager. I was simply requesting a letter of proof that I had paid my balance, which I believed to be a standard procedure. However, Kimberly was quite rude over the phone and seemed unwilling to assist. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she abruptly hung up on me after her dismissive attitude. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as financial records. I hope the company takes steps to ensure better treatment of their customers in the future.

Well, I surely have seen far too many very disappointing reviews, though I had an EXCELLENT experience on four occasions. In the context of solving the issues I was having I discovered that this one employee was at work but went home to NO POWER, NO ELECTRICITY, NO AC and FOOD THAT HAD SPOILED during this recent hurricane Beryl. I was heartbroken. I have to heap praise on this AMAZING Team with whom I spoke on ALL four calls. I only know them by their first names but they were INCREDIBLE, kind, supportive, empathetic and would do anything to help me solve my rather insignificant 'problems'. I say this because they were working (which shocked me) during this horrific hurricane. They were HANNAH, EMMA, ERICA and TRACY. They are Super Heroes in my book and they ALL deserve raises. Thank you All! You are made of the most special ingredients I have ever experienced! I look forward to speaking with you ALL again!!!

This Company demanded their employees to show up for work during hurricane Beryl when they were running off a Generator no running water and the toilets could not flush at one point. Their employees didn’t have running water or lights for a week. They expected all employees to show up on time but management didn’t have to come to work. This place is the worse of the worse I wouldn’t even recommend a recent convicted felon to apply to this place. They treat you as if you were in jail. The Managers will tell you the dictate your life and you do as they say bcuz they are the ones who pay you. The pay is low only $15 hr they lie and tell you have a chance to make commission when that’s not really true. This job sucks they should be shut down save yourself the ghetto mess and avoid this place at all cost.

Disappointing Experience with FMA Alliance: Lackluster Customer Service

My recent encounter with FMA Alliance left much to be desired in terms of customer service. Despite my attempt to resolve an outstanding medical bill situation with Ms. Brittney Smith, the interaction was marred by unprofessionalism and a lack of understanding.

Upon explaining my situation to Ms. Smith and expressing my intention to investigate the alleged debt further before making any payments, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Despite assuring her that I would promptly address any legitimate debts once confirmed, she exhibited impatience and rudeness.

It was disheartening to be met with skepticism and assumption from Ms. Smith, who seemed to imply that I was evading responsibility. Contrary to her presumptions, my only intention was to clarify the nature of the debt before taking appropriate action.

Following my initial conversation with Ms. Brittney Smith from FMA Alliance, during which she provided a callback number and her name for further discussion, I promptly pursued the matter with the parties claiming I owed a debt. Upon contacting them, I discovered that the bill in question was actually under my name as the emergency contact for the patient, rather than a personal debt.

Taking immediate action, I settled the bill directly with the hospital. Subsequently, I attempted to inform Ms. Smith out of courtesy that the bill had been resolved, expressing gratitude for her call and acknowledgment of the promptness in addressing the matter, particularly given that the issue dated back to 2021, spanning three years without prior notice.

However, my efforts to convey this information were met with frustration as my calls to FMA Alliance were met with abrupt hang-ups and an apparent lack of interest in acknowledging the resolution of the issue. Despite my attempts to express gratitude and ensure clarity, the interaction was cut short without the opportunity for courteous dialogue.

While I appreciate the initial outreach from FMA Alliance, the subsequent lack of professionalism and disregard for acknowledgment of the matter's resolution tarnished what could have been a positive interaction. Clear and respectful communication is crucial in such situations, and it is regrettable that this standard was not upheld in my experience with FMA Alliance.
