Rick is hands down THE BEST out there for helping you land the trademark you need. After a 2 year initial wait, I was initially denied mine due to a ruling that it was too similar to another mark (and discussed the issue with numerous other attorneys that all told me to give up) before finally talking to Rick and hiring him. All I can say is THANK GOD I did! Rick was able to not only appeal that decision - but also helped us find the competing mark, when it was due for renewal, and eventually get ours approved when theirs lapsed due to non-renewal!
