The staff are nice, but good luck with getting paid. I participated in a study here, which granted, it was canceled early but I was told by the staff that my check would arrive in 6 weeks after my last appointmdnt and to call them if it did not. I called after 7 weeks (gave them an extra week just in case the paperwork took a while to go through) and was told that they had to call the "place in New Jersey" that was sending the checks out and they would call me back with an update. Called back again after another week or two and left a message asking for another update. Got a call back, which again was polite and apologetic, with the excuse that the place in NJ "didn't have any money" but now they do and I was definitely going to receive the check this past week. It is now Monday of the week after I was definitely supposed to get it and to say that I'm disgusted is an understatement. I'm not asking for anything extra or for the moon and stars, I am merely asking for the payment that I did for a lot of driving, tedious tests involving first urine samples upon waking in the morning, and not to mention tons of blood draws. I don't begrudge doing things in the name of science and medical advancement, but when I'm told 6 weeks, I take it in good faith that after 6 weeks I will have the check in my hands. I, and I'm sure a lot of people who take place in paid medical studies, are not wealthy heirs to fortunes and have cars that are not new, as well as bills that need to be paid. It's been around 12 weeks/3 months and I'm trying not to take my anger and frustration out on parties that aren't responsible, but needless to say, I don't think I'll be participating in any studies from this place again.

Just finishing up a research study with them, they are all very friendly and organized. They are efficient and do a good job of getting you in and out so you're not there longer than you need to be. I've had to change appointments and they were very helpful about getting me in when I was able to. Also I had no problem getting paid for participating
