This place doesn't even deserve a star. I am very frustrated with them. The office people are so terrible, they never answer the phones, they need to find another job... like something that has nothing to do with customer service. The office's supervisor arrogance is the worst. They denied a simple signature to authorize my insurance to pay for a medication that cost $1,700.00. I already had the manufacturer's discount to pay a good amount of that total, all they have to do is to have a doctor to sign such form and fax it back to the insurance. That situation, along with the insurances mafia is what is costing a lot of issues to the Americans' health. This situation will cost this clinic to go out of business. Pet hospitals and clinics attend much better the animals that these people to humans.

Last week after 7 hang ups I went ahead and left a voice mail because I was tired of being told by the machine I’m the first caller.

Anyhow, a week has gone by and not person has called. This was a new Patient.
Since I did not hear back the next day I called the Dr I see and a new patient appointment was made for the next day.

It is amazing how no one bothers to return calles or follow up calls.

How is this clinic still in business? This practice doesn't even deserve 0 stars. My brother tried to go there 4 years ago when he was having covid symptoms and he was turned away because he was told they don't "treat covid patients". That's right, Drs who don't see covid patients. If you're scared of diseases then don't become nurses or Drs and just find another profession. It's like going to a car mechanic and him saying "we don't diagnose car problems here". You see how stupid that sounds? My brother died on November of 2020. Today, my dad tried to get to get them to sign off on a Paxlovid prescription that he got at an urgent care. My dad has been a patient at this so called "medical practice" for years. He's diabetic and needs this medicine. Guess what? It was not authorized either because they don't treat nor prescribe medicine for covid related symptoms. You are all so pathetic and I honestly feel bad for all of you. May God forgive your stupidity. Shameful!

I’ve been a long standing patient with this office and have been disappointed with them over the years but still stayed loyal to them despite all the RED FLAGS! Today was the final straw…no one never answers the phone during office operating hours, they’re always too busy to explain why you’re waiting in the waiting room over an hour past your scheduled appointment and their covid screening is bogus!! They want the patient to self dx themselves just to over charge them! The office manager is rude which explains why their rating are low!

The front window staff is the most utterly unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. It's a shame that they're the face of the office and they have the smallest sense of what customer service and professionalism is. If a patient has an appointment at a certain time and they have been waiting already for an hour and a half, (my case) they shouldn't be bothered when the patient asks how much longer. I'm asking you to do YOUR job. Something that you get paid for. If being a front desk receptionist is not something you're capable of doing, then go find another job so that someone who's not incompetent like this receptionist can do a better job at answering a simple question without having to receive horrible service and attitude.

This is the worst doctor office ever. You call and call and call and no one answers. No one answers the phone or the portal. I went in because I called for 2 days to get an appointment , I am progressively getting worse and two rude, incompetent front desk girls proceed to say we cant see you because they do not take walk in. Well I would have not been a walk in if they would have answered their phone from the begining. Then the one girl proceed to make a comment stating we are not an urgent care, well you are a damn medical office there to help your patients. This place is discusting , never clean, the front desk is rude and just sit there to collect money. They are all money hungry and have no patient care , manners or are competent.

BEWARE AND DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC, i tried giving them a chance but they are not worth it, please get better care somewhere else this place will be reported.

Crooked practice that literally never answers the phone or messages in the portal. My husband and I came here, he's an army veteran. We called ahead of time, and they assured us that they would take care of us and that all of these reviews are fake. Well, I'm telling you right now they are not fake. Not only was I constantly lied to you over whether or not they submitted my referrals and prescriptions, they actually tried to make me pay for another appointment. They pretended that I never came in for that last appointment for my prescriptions even though I saw the nurse type it into the computer. I have had to call so many times since then. Now all of a sudden it's not in their system that I came in for prescription management. That's literally the only thing I came in for when I had my appointment. They DEMANDED that I pay for another appointment.

They just want extra money it is a crooked establishment. Not only that but the doctor actually told my husband TO PRAY in order to help with his medical condition. That is absolutely unprofessional. I am not in church I expect a doctor to do their job not give me a sermon.

This is a joke and I'm changing doctors right now.
The girl who answers the phone is extremely disrespectful, she treats you badly just because she is having a bad day. I was very kind but she was rude all the time. I waited a long time to talk to her and when we were talking she told me “I'm putting you on hold because I have another call” and she hung up on me!! We were literally talking about the problem I have and she didn't care, she just interrupted me without giving me any solution. Then I called again 4 times and of course no one answered the phone.
It's so sad that there are so many people trying to find a job while people like this woman are throwing their jobs away!!
