Recently bought a pair of boots for a costume event. I contacted customer service to ask questions. They were very helpful and even personally checked stock to make sure there were no problems! I needed a pair of shoes for a friend on a rush basis. I called Victoria and she was so incredibly helpful. She walked me through the ordering process and promised to have the shoes the very next day! Sure enough, we drove to the store the next day and met Victoria. As promised, the shoes were there and were perfect! Victoria was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We would up buying many other items. This store is bomb! Overpriced only petite selection and the workers there are extremely unhelpful and rude. My last visit there the lady accused me of trying to steal an outfit I was purchasing because she forgot to put it in its original packaging after taking it off the mannequin !!! And when her boss confirmed it was in fact her fault and I never took anything out of any packaging she never apologized for accusing me of stealing for her mistake. I always tell all the dancers not to go here. Don’t waste your hard earned money on bad service and bad products. !

I have wide feet. Not super wide but wide enough to need to wear wide width if I can’t fit into a regular size. My complaint is the shoes I purchased were not wide even though the shoebox identified them as such. Maybe a roomy toe area is considered to be wide instead of actual width of the shoe. The shoes appeared to have a lot of toe wiggle space or head room but I’m not certain of that because I couldn’t even get my toes in the shoe so the width wasn’t a wide width but regular width with benefit of extra space for the comfort of the toes which is always a good thing. Measurement of shoes should always include the inches for the width and not just for the length and heel height.
I ordered the shoes online. I wasn’t aware there was an actual store here in California that I could’ve personally gone to otherwise I’d of gone there to shop and try on the shoes for free instead of paying the $22 shipping fee. I thought the shoes were coming from overseas!! Next time I’ll do my homework and do all the necessary research before I put out any money.

I made my first ever order of 3 item from Funky Pair Shoes! The first 2 items, it took a couple days to get a confirmation and I was antsy so I contacted and asked if I would get a tracking number once the order was processed, they quickly responded and said they would be emailing it the next day. When I didn't get the email the day they told me, I contacted again and they were very quick to respond and apologize and sent out the confirmation! I love the quick response as well as the actual communication I get with them!! My third item was on back order, so I again contacted them to ask if I would get another tracking # when the order was processed and they were quick to respond and let me know that they had just found out the item was discontinued and asked if I would like to exchange for another item of equal value or what I wanted to about it. I asked if I could get a refund for the one item and without hesitation they agreed and said it was in the works!! I have so far loved the items I got from them, they are sturdy, they are holding up very well for what I need them for, and I will definitely be making future purchases through them!! And again, their customer service and communication is truly phenomenal!! First time ever purchasing exotic dance wear shoes and I am very grateful that Funky Pair made it a good first experience! That is how you get people to come back and I wish more places ran like you guys!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

They are some very beautiful shoes the heel and the foot part is comfortable it's just that the top portion of the plastic scratches your feet so you have to smooth it down. But other than that they are gorgeous shoes and I am so glad that I've got them!
