Wow… It would appear that the owner of this company likes to sprinkle a little bit of fact over a bunch of lies when dealing with the public.

Fact : I did reach out to Joe Agnello and requested him to do a person finder search, which any knowledgeable PI should be able to do within days -
If not within hours.

I did request he look into the whereabouts of a person known to have been involved in a loved one’s homicide.

After a 15 minute introductory conversation, I was given a quote of $1500 and asked to send as much info as possible. I did acknowledge that I had asked other PI’s to look into the whereabouts of an estranged stepfather. However, most were not interested

Those folks did do their job for other information and they were paid and they even got involved with some of the homicide case until they were stonewalled by the state police.

The state police licensing board who oversees licensed private investigators in the state of Connecticut refused to respond after I requested they get involved to mediate the situation between Agnello and myself.

Fact : I gave Joe a week before I reached out to see if anything had been found out.

I was given the excuse that he was on surveillance and would reach out to me later, which never occurred.

Then I was given the excuse that he accidentally texted the wrong Michael on his phone. Joe then attempted to make light of the situation and act as if he was doing his job, sending me information and photos from Google, which I already had already found.

Having worked with investigators over the last 20 years and having even studied for a short time to become an investigator, I know that there is databases that they have access to. So, I was surprised that I was getting Google searches from Joe.

1. Business etiquette one on one would suggest that if you did not write up a contract when someone has trusted you and you have taken $1500 of their hard earned money for a very sensitive matter to them, you would pick up the phone and call, but that never occurred.

2. I gave Joe an additional week to reach back out before I wrote an email, requesting my funds back if he was not going to get me results.

His response was, he’s very busy. I have him searching for ghosts, but he’s going to try some other avenues. I’ve heard all of this before, when somebody takes your money and intends to drag you along and not complete the job.

Not sure where he gets off lying to the bank and stating I claimed I had an extensive record. What investigator is he speaking of when he claims that I play games and don’t pay people? Those are clearly lies because like his claims of working extremely hard on the matter and exhausting hours, I have never received any proof of any work completed. A very good question is if Mr. Agnello was so busy and thought he would be searching for ghosts. Why would he request a $1500 retainer rather than walk away from the project?

Think about it what kind of degenerate do you have to be to take advantage of the situation as it pertains to someone’s loved one’s homicide
