Horrible! The absolute worst mediator in Houston. He is biased and sexist. If you are a woman please do not trust this guy. Complete trash and he uses intimidation to get you to mediate. Here is a trick he encourages people to do.

He’ll tell the other party to tell you they won’t charge you child support but then guess what 60 days after your mediation and divorce is complete your ex will go do what? File for child support. It’s completely legal. Do not fall for this guys tricks! Don’t ever settle until you get every single thing you want in your divorce. Ladies don’t let men intimated you. Don’t believe this Kumbaya
Bull. This mediators is only there to make money. He could care less if you get what you want out of your divorce. Also BEWARE he will tell you he knows your judge and your judge won’t be happy if you don’t mediate. I swear this guy is so crooked. He will say ANYTHING to scare you into mediating.

He is a LIAR. He will lie to your face to get you to mediate then go back on his word. Very dishonest person.

Also, DO NOT arbitrate with this clown. You have been warned. Take it to a real judge where your side can be heard and a fair judgement can be made. This lazy excuse for a mediation won’t even look at any evidence you present but he will charge you $1000 for 2 hours.

Arbitration with this clown was a complete waste of money and time.

Not a fair mediator. Always says thank you for your business and will not allow you a chance to speak. Will judge you without knowing your name for several mediation sessions. Highly unrecommended.
