Dominic is seriously outstanding. I called to set up an appointment after calling a different agency that said I had "no smarts" for asking them to educate me on how the process goes to have someone tested. So when I called Valley WorkForce, Dominic answered and I was sobbing and first thing I did was told him what happened with a different agency and to please tell me the process without making me feel stupid. Not only was he very specific on how it works, he was very compassionate and calmed me down quickly. I never write reviews on company's. And out of all places, a Drug Testing Center has been the best place I have ever had customer service. Thank you so much Dominic. If you're not the manager there, I hope your manager knows just how much you go above and beyond for people.
