drove here today since it was close to my house.. even though they have a physical address listed, I called and they told me it is a delivery only service and they in fact are not located at this address. misleading.

I have been a Signing Agent for Nationwide Signing Services for almost two years now and have never had a negative experience while working with the employees/schedulers or the owner. Charlie is a great person and is very helpful with any question that I have ever had for him. I have worked directly with numerous schedulers that have given me orders, and they all have been very professional and respectful. The accounting department was difficult to get in touch with when I first started, but since the new accounting manager was hired, she has been awesome and I am able to reach out to her at any time with questions or concerns that I have. In my opinion, as a Signing Agent, NSS is the best signing service out there. They offer reasonable rates for signings and have a well oiled system that runs smoothly.

I've been using Nationwide Signing Services for several years. They are so helpful and go above and beyond especially when I have mobile notary needs in remote areas of the country. Charlie and his team are wonderful to work with - Staci and Jakki have saved me countless times. I highly recommend NSS!

As a total newbie, I was offered an inhouse training option to learn how to be a closing agent. It was more expensive than online options, but I figured an in-person class would be worth it. 3 months of steady work later, I have zero regrets about my choice. Staci and the team took us through a pretty intensive 2 days and I left there with a bit of an overwhelmed mind. But as I got out into the real world, the training clicked. The most worthy part though, is the support. Someone is always available to resolve an query I have. Staci's style of using personal experiences in training prepared me for some of the unexpected sides of being a mobile notary being invited into peoples' lives for an hour at a time. And as someone who isn't made for self-advertisement, having a team of lovely schedulers call me for a job is a pretty big plus. As I continue working with them, I see a trend of improvements in the system.

I had the opportunity to speak with Charlie yesterday about a notary assignment. The assigned notary told me that she didn't get the documents "in her portal in time to print them" and make it to the closing on time. When I spoke with Charlie he didn't really seem too concerned that our loan wasn't going to close on time. He did try and find "a runner" to have the documents sent to the borrower in time but when he couldn't locate anyone he didn't try to find an alternate solution and he didn't proactively call me back to let me know the update. The Loan Officer ended up printing the documents and taking them to the closing. The signing agent assigned to the loan closing was dressed completely unprofessionally, didn't use a Notary Log to make a record of the borrower ID at the beginning of the signing and didn't explain the basic nature of any of the documents to the borrower. If you're a title company looking for a professional company to conduct your signings, I would think twice about hiring Nationwide Signing Services. I would highly recommend Unlimited Ink Notary (unlimitedinknotary.com) or SignX Mobile Notary Services as a more professional alternative.

I am a mobile notary and loan signing agent and I have preformed 2 assignments for this company. I have not been paid for my services and they do not communicate to try to resolve this issue. I have documentation that they have received my invoices. I am sending these outstanding debts to my collection agency and I will be contacting Title to let them know that this company doesn't pay their contracted notaries.
