I ordered 100 tickets for my friend's jack & Jill shower back in October. They gave me a price of $79.76. I choose to ship them to my house in naugatuck from branford so I did not have to take 40 minutes out of my busy schedule to drive there. I was checking my bank statement and saw a charge on 11/5 for $58.49. I called the branford office and asked what this charge was. They stated it was for SHIPPING!! $58 to ship something to my house 40 minutes away! The girl was like yea we probably should have told you that. I said yea because I would've said forget it! How can they just charge someone $58 without even letting them know that would be the price for shipping?! Absolutely insane to me. Will not be ordering from here again.

First time using this shop and I will definitely be using them for future items. I had a last min request for an outdoor banner needed by the next morning! I did not think any company would be able to help. All the big print shops wouldn't be able to deliver for 5 days. I called TYCO and they were wicked nice and said they can get the project done! I love supporting local shops and I think I have found my new print shop! Although I don't plan to be printing last min banners, it seems they have a wide range of services that I will be able to utilize. Very impressed by these guys!

My husband went in to get me new business cards. He was told $60 after going over exactly what and how many were needed. After a week I went back in to pick them up and was charged $101 due to design fees. I would make sure you are getting a very clear answer so you don’t get hit with a surprise come time to pay. They apologized for the unclear communication but was still not charged the price we were told up front.
