I’m extremely disappointed in this management company. Important updates are often unclear and delayed, leaving residents confused. Many decisions lack basic logic, resulting in inefficient processes that could easily be improved. The management company needs to enhance communication and implement effective processes. Our community deserves better.

Marsha and her team are by far the best management company I've seen through any of the HOA communities I've lived in. They genuinely care about your community and will bend over backwards to do what is right. The CPMS team is responsive, kind, community-building, and they are always up to date on the most recent HOA requirements.

The very limited negative reviews here are clearly from those who didn't want to follow their own HOA declarations, bylaws, or guidelines. Instead of running for the Board and changing the things they don't like, people too often take it out on the management companies who work at the direction of the Board.

CPMS provides an extremely professional service while still remembering that we are a community first.

This management company has been helping our community through a difficult time. We've had a startling lack of transparency, unilateral rule enforcement and lack of leadership. Actions from our board have resulted in costly lawsuits and stagnant forward motion in the development of key infrastructure in our neighborhoods. Through it all, Colorado Property Management has been patient, thoughtful and professional. I highly recommend them. Don't wait until after your HOA is hit with a million dollar lawsuit for board member misconduct. Call them now.

Absolutely the worst property management company I have ever worked with. Slow to respond, selective enforcement, disinterested staff, and no resolution to issues after several calls. Difficult to work with at best. Please choose another company to represent your property and interact with your tenants and residents.

*Update on 3/16/21*
I pay $250/mo for CPMS to manage the exterior of my home. After the snow storm, the opposite side of the street was completely clean the first day. Second day no one came near my end of the street to do any sort of snow removal. Had to shovel 5 feet of drifted snow off my front steps and 3 feet of drifted snow off my driveway. CPMS sent an email before the storm stating that snow removal would happen as possible. No updates or plans for removal were shared with residents after the storm. Run hard and fast away from these people.

Fantastic Property Management company. I've seen both sides of the fence with this company. I've had experience with them as a tenant that's needed to call them to have items fixed, and I'm now also on the HOA board and they manage our community. We've had some bad experiences with other property management companies and our community really turned the corner when CPMS cam on-board and started managing our HOA Association. In all instances, they shine. Very responsive to calls and/or emails. Their integrity is top-notch. I simply can't say enough positive things about this company.

I have only had the pleasure of working with Marsha with CPMS, her response time and willingness to go the extra mile is unprecedented in the management community. We have all had managers who are just there to collect a paycheck and couldn't care less about the upkeep of the property or addressing our concerns to the board. I assure you CPMS is not that type of management company. I understand that the HOA board has the final say and is in control of the communities purse strings, but it takes a manager who genuinely cares about their communities to approach the board and sometimes apply pressure if the concerns of the communities are not being put first.
I'm fortunate to have a manager who works for a company who looks out for the communities they are hired by. It is the boards responsibility to perform general maintenance and upkeep on the property so that down the road we don't need major construction projects costing us all thousands. I have seen Marsha out on the property noting areas of concern before they become a problem I have spoken with her while she was onsite performing inspections ensuring that the contractor who performed the work, did what we paid him to do. CPMS is new to our community and our last management company performed most of their responsibilities from their office where ever that was. we are glad to have CPMS as our new management company and hope they are here for us for a long time to come.

We have been working with Craig and his team for the past 3 years on a major renovation project at one of their properties. The attention to detail and compassion for his communities is impressive. He cares about his residents and making sure their issues are addressed. He looks out for his communities best interests. He manages with fairness and integrity which was appreciated.

I sat on a HOA board within a community that used CMPS for seven years, and can't say enough good things about them. Professional, consistent, and efficient are words that come to mind. I ultimately stepped down from the board to make room for another homeowner that wanted to serve.... when does that happen?

CPMS does an outstanding job of maintaining a community and ensuring compliance with covenants. I suspect the negative reviews come from people who have difficulty with covenants in general, but our property values have increased at a rate greater than the surrounding area in the twenty years that I've owned in the community.
