Needing a lawyer from past experience is never what you want however, Daniel Kay and his staff is who you want should life issues arise. Daniel Kay was recommended by a work colleague of mine who had a similar situation in which I found myself where Dan helped him out in the past. As a commercial driver any sort of infraction on your license is detrimental to your way of life and employment. Now before dan was recommended to me I had inquired with another law firm who wanted 150 bucks just to talk to me. Dan had given me a “Free” consultation. I am glad I held off and went with the recommendation to go with Dan and here’s why. My companies insurance allows up to 7 points on an employees license anything over you no longer will be employed by that company. the ticket I had was 4 points leaving no room for another ticket if I had gotten one. Dan articulated his plan moving forward and the potential outcome even though the only guarantee I could receive was his vast experience and years with the law. I had to TRUST in the process which is difficult for me and let Dan and his staff do their thing. The out come turned out to be better than expected no points /no probational period/ no longer an issue. I didn’t even have to appear in court. I appreciate and am thankful I went with Dan, Justin and their staff.
