My husband's lawyer Drew informed him by e-mail that pursuing his lawsuit would be a waste of the lawyers time because he ( the lawyer) wouldn't be making much off of it.

This law firm advertises that they will come to you and return every call. This couldn't be further from the truth. I had to fire this company after only one week due to zero communication. If communication is important to you than I would suggest you search for another law firm.
