I was given this name after reaching out to a different office. When I called & started to explain to the receptionist what I was in need of, she cut me off mid sentence and asked for my name. I hung up & looked for someone else. I get that this is what your office does, but there's no need to be rude about it. Perhaps you are having a bad day, but don't let that affect your professionalism in doing your job.
