I have been working with Brandon Prenger in an incredibly difficult case. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and is able to look at the different aspects of our case in multiple ways. He is very calm and personable, which in extremely high stress cases helps to put your mind at ease and calm your nerves. He is formidable in the courtroom. When he questions you on the stand, he has a way of asking questions that allow for all of the important information to surface in an efficient manner, saving time. When he questions the opposing witnesses, he is able to quickly show the truth of the situation and draw out information that they would probably not like to have seen. He is supported by his paralegal Kristie who is amazing. If something needs to be done you can rest assured she will take care of it. With all of this outstanding knowledge and support they are still very fair in how they charge. If you need a family law firm, especially if it is a difficult case, you cannot do better than this team!

The services and communications from this firm was terrible, and they know exactly what I am talking about. I used them for my divorce, and I actually started to believe they were working for the other side. At the divorce hearing, when the judge gave the official amount that I was to pay for child support, you will not believe it but my lawyer Brandon Prenger, actually stood up and instructed the judge that I was supposed to pay more than that. So the judge made me pay more because of that request from MY OWN LAWYER. I could not believe it. My own lawyer had the audacity to tell the judge I was to pay more! Also, the judge mandated that I pay the ex wife MAINTENANCE FEES FOR LIFE & PROVIDE ANNUAL TAX STATEMENTS FOR LIFE, but of course my lawyer did not object to that totally unjust ruling! This law firm has no loyalty to their own clients, and they will keep charging you even when they are doing nothing to help you.
I was thoroughly disappointed with this whole law firm and how they handled my divorce case. It was literally like they had no clue what they were doing. They never had my best interests in mind, and never helped at the judges hearing, but only hurt my case terribly. Very disappointed. You will end up paying many thousands of dollars for nothing. That is the truth and exactly what happened to me.

This is hands down the best law firm in Colorado Springs. I had an extremely difficult case in my divorce. Cory and Kristie as an attorney/paralegal team really helped me in every aspect of my case and they are unmatched. After one brief consultation (I had consultations with 3 other law firms), I knew I needed to retain them. Kristie is well organized and energetic with everything she does, and truly displays an interest in anybody she works with. Cory has been doing this for over 15 years and it shows. He asks all the right questions and makes sure there is a full understanding of possible issues with his client's cases. All the while, he genuinely listens and makes sure all points are heard and considered. As a team they absolutely ensured the best possible outcome of my case and made sure all deadlines and mutual agreements were met. There is no other law firm I would trust in any future endeavors in my life. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work and dedication towards me and my daughter in this case. Top of the line in personability, organization, and knowledge in their field and there is no question in their dedication to helping anybody that retains them.

Very comfortable to talk to and friendly. I had Brandon Prenger. He is absolutely amazing. He will fight as hard as possible for you. He doesn't judge you just by mistakes you have made. He tries to find out who you are and who you wanna be, not just by your mistakes. He's not just in it for the money but for what he feels is right. The whole office is very friendly and polite. Any questions about the office ask I'll respond. Don't wanna disclose personal info for everyone.
