Filing bankruptcy was not a decision I came to without alot of thought. To be honest, I Googled bankruptcy attorneys.I chose 3 of the selections that popped up. I entered my inquiry online and within an hour Craig Horvath contacted me via phone. We spoke briefly about the process & I say briefly because Craig was straightforward and very knowledgeable. He simply asked me a few questions after describing the bankruptcy process & that was when I knew he was the attorney for me. We met, he filed, we had the Trustee meeting and the process was done.
You have to do your homework. Make sure your documents are complete and consolidated. Craig will let you know if he needs additional information. He was very thorough, answered my questions promptly (within minutes) when I emailed him. He kept me advised of the next steps. Craig was not judgemental. He was fair, prompt, knowledgeable, very fairly priced and attentive. If you're looking for a reliable, excellent bankruptcy attorneys, Craig Horvath is your guy. My personal thanks, Craig.
