Kathrine (Kat), was very knowledgeable and personable, it was during a stressed time I called her for her services and she answered right away and was able to accommodate my needs during this pandemic. She was extremely accommodating and down to earth, she traveled to me without hesitation, she was a pleasure to have helping me and was very sympathetic of my situation. This was my first experience with a notary and Coastal Mobile made it very easy. She was professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. She always replied back in a timely matter and walked me through the process within the limits of the law. She also went above and beyond as my friend was looking for a fingerprinting service and she provided contacts at the time of the meeting and also followed up the following day with more information.
