It was Sunday around 3pm and we gave Le a call to see if she was open. She said that she could meet us in 30 minutes. It sounded like she was on the road with her kids. Anyway, we took that time to run some errands then made our way to her place. We bumped into her as we drove up to her house. She said that we could park in front of her garage. Her garage door was opened and she had a table set up with her equipment. She asked a few questions to my daughter since she was the one getting the Live Scan. She was very sweet and finished quickly. She said that she will be opening up an office nearby.

When I got home, I tried to type in the ATI number that she wrote on the form. It was in alphabetical and numerical form and I couldn’t tell if the character was an O or 0. I googled samples of the ATI number and they are 0. I entered the number and the transaction could not be located.

Honestly, I was frustrated that I couldn’t decode her written font then the DOJ couldn’t locate the account on top of that. I had my daughter text her at 7:00pm which was an hour after closing so I thought I wouldn’t hear from her until tomorrow. I was surprised when she replied at 8:30pm with the entire ATI number. I’m so glad that she did that because her written N looked like an H. It would had been nearly impossible to locate the account if she didn’t reply with the entire number. It’s best to make sure you can read the ATI number before you leave in order to have a smoother experience.

Overall, I would recommend her services. Even though there were bumps in the road, she came through and I got the information I needed to check the status on the DOJ website.
