On October 9, 2024, my boyfriend and I consulted with Mr. Jaime and his team regarding the sensitive issue of grandparents' rights. Mr. Jaime was on time, attentive, and demonstrated a deep passion for the topic. He assured my boyfriend that he has the right to petition for maintaining his relationship with his granddaughter and even encouraged him to assert his rights. Gutierrez Law Firm is a caring and professional firm. I was going through a difficult time and was emotionally stressed so decided to seek legal help to request a DV restraining order against my soon to be ex-husband.
