Lilah is the best. This is my second time getting her apostile services. Not only are her rates very affordable, she even volunteered to go to FedEx and mail my documents. She didnt have to do that but she went above and beyond. Other places they treat you like a customer (and that’s ok) but again she goes above and beyond all the time. I highly recommend going to her of notary and apostile services.
