Careful with getting scammed by this place. Robin “helped” us get our taxes done but in reality she scammed us by overcharging us to do our taxes. Around $800 were charged trusting her that it was the right amount but until I did my research she fooled us. She knew we made a lot that year so I honestly believe she took advantage. I am truly disappointed in how Robin handled my taxes. I opened up my own business 2 yrs ago and when I did I was informed by a business owner that the first year of filing you don't have to pay the $800 fee to the IRS. Well Robin recommended me to pay it (probably bc it was less work for her) and said that I could call her in one month and request the refund but to remind her. So May 2022 comes and I remind her of this conversation. And she's on vacation (seems like this woman takes a vacation every month) and tells me that she will get back to me when she comes back. She never gets back to you, you have to hunt her down for answers and responses. So I called her she tells me to wait until 2023 filing year and to ask for it then. 2023 comes and she tells me that I don't qualify for it. I have text messages to show that she did this. In addition, she was supposed to file an amended tax return for me and she charged me the fees for it $350. When I go into a CPA office he informs me they haven't been filed. This whole time she told me she did it and to look for form 1040x, no where in my inbox was this form. Then today I asked her for my refund as she failed to do the services I requested, she finally sends me the 1040x form and it's dated 05-10-23. I will be taking her to court for this. She ignored my emails after I called her out on her lies and her robbery. As working individuals, we work for our family and our money, so for Robin to steal its unacceptable. I will also be reporting her to the BBB.

Great place to do your taxes or for advise from a notary. Robin is awesome and makes you feel like you’re a friend. She is relatable and will be clear with you what she can and can’t help you with. Also, she’s BILINGUAL!
