She took advantage of my elderly mother. We needed two notarized copies of a letter, and she charged $120 instead of $30. The cost per letter in CA should be $15 if you go in person. So she charged $90 extra because she typed and printed two copies of a two sentence letter. The quality of the letter looked very unprofessional as well. When i called to question the price she hung up on me. Stay away from this business.

Please do not go to this woman’s office! She doesn’t know anything about taxes, she works old school and she is so unprofessional including her assistant Maria. Maria is super rude she has an attitude ALWAYS, as if her boss didn’t pay her enough to do her job. Her tax license should be revoked or cancelled, I went to another office in Pasadena and Mr. Campos was super helpful and got me my child credit plus more money becas he amended a couple taxes that Sandra Romero messed up! If you want professionalism DO NOT go this office!
