It’s taken me a while to post this review as I was really hoping it was something that really can’t be seen with the naked eye. After getting another inspector to come out, there is no way this should have been missed.

He told me the roof was in good shape and only a small area at the corner would need to be patched. There were so many soft spots, visible area that you can clearly be seen had multiple Patches and should have been flagged by this so called inspector.

When I reached out to him 3 months after his inspection due to a roof leak, his response was to refer me back to the inspection report. Which told me nothing about the roof other than the small area that needed to be patched and me taking his word that the roof had a “good 10yrs left.“

I can go on and on about things this man missed that were caught by the second inspection I had to pay for because of so many issues did not see as a red flag.

He also was promoting his handy man services while doing this inspection, which should have been the first red flag! Hindsight is 20/20 and I will never recommend this company.

Owner was “nice and professional,” but his knowledge/experience or lack of, has cost me thousands of dollars since I’ve purchased this home.

Marty recently did a home inspection for a house we are buying. This house had previously been inspected by another inspector but we wanted another perspective. What Marty delivered went beyond a perspective. He completed the most comprehensive home inspection we could ever think of, accompanied by both aerial and up-close pictures. His prompt inspection report was detailed and balanced covering the scope of his work. His recommendations have helped point out repairs needing to be done by sellers. For instance some areas of dry rot were painted over recently which were revealed during his home inspection. I recommend uphill home inspections to anyone interested in a home inspection of the highest standards.
