This company used to be great to work with. Things have changed. Signing requests are not fully disclosed as to the complexity; number of signers, type of signing, etc. Notaries need to have more clarification and information before accepting at reduced fees.

Paid for on site notary services. Received receipt. Call morning of appointment and they didn’t have any record. Spoke with person and reordered and received name that would show 5 hours later. Received call from notary confirming. Notary no-showed. Called and he stated they canceled. Had to go a different direction. Still need my $350 (2x) fee refunded. Horrible experience!!

The person's name was John Johnson and we are in the Pougheepsie, NY area. Forget unprofessional, this guy is inept, lazy, unstable, insecure and an AH.  This is exactly what I tried to avoid by having this service instead of going into an office because the people in this area have no standards.

-Late - no regard for punctuality or other people's time. Didn't call to let us know he'd be late -- lazy, inconsiderate, unprofessional
-Lacks focus -- he was too busy trying to figure out how to react to the trauma he was going through in meeting someone that was actually an intelligent, articulate, accomplished, justifiably confident, physically fit, athletic lifelong winner.  His defense mechanisms were up the entire time. This guy is insecure and easily threatened and confused.  He made a simple process complicated.
-Inept/incompetent -- I had to explain the best way to review and sign the paperwork because I became impatient with his stuttering and fumbling.  He is not adept.  He is unstable to deal with.  This guy could not be more opposite me.  I was a college athlete that earned a D1 scholarship and am an accomplished veteran of Silicon Valley, Hollywood and Wall Street.  Someone like this person should never be anywhere near someone like me. Being an AH to an accomplished winner doesn't make you a winner, it makes you Comic Book Guy. Along with everything else, this guy grabbed a chair without asking the moment he walked in my house and sat immediately as though his legs could not support the weight of his body. I'm physically fit and that is not something I ever want to be around.

The experience of this guy reminded us we need to get back to civilization and similar-minded folks but the space, privacy, being in nature and experiencing real seasons are hard to give up.  I don't need feedback from an employer that would hire someone as bad as this but I want potential clients to know to avoid this person.
