Nick is without a doubt the BEST notary in the business. I recently had a very time sensitive matter involving documents that my clients needed to sign right away, Nick worked with my escrow officer to accommodate a good time for us to all meet (after a few last minute changes from my client) to have the signing done the same day. My clients were pleased to have worked with such a knowledgeable professional that made the signing easy and smooth. Nick was very familiar with all the documents, he explained everything with a great deal of understanding and focus that made everyone in the room become much more at ease during the signing process.

During a real estate transaction documents can be very scary to buyers and sellers so having someone in the room like Nick definitely removes a lot of the tension right off the bat, Nick’s pleasant demeanor and knowledge definitely attributes to the confidence that we all need in those signing sessions. I’ve already expressed to my escrow officer to please only send Nick on any and all of my notary appointments for all future clients as I’ve found the notary for my business! I have a couple celebrity low profile clients that needed documents notarized. I called Nick up because I needed about 20 documents notarized. He answered right away and was able to set up an appointment time working around our schedule. He was on time and even texted me his ETA when he left his previous appointment. Super personable, easy going, and made the entire process a breeze. By the time we were finished we were surprised with how fast everything took. His pricing is very reasonable for the service he provides.
