Not good.... wasting my time...

"The Account Authorization (FS Form 5444) submitted is unacceptable because you did not have the bottom half of your form filled out, signed and notarized correctly. Therefore, we must ask that you submit a new form with your signature properly certified."

The Notary doesn’t answer calls. A mistake happened during the fingerprinting process and no option to communicate with the notary other than to drive again to the office.. Inconvenient.

Walk-in for FD-258 fingerprints in the afternoon. Very accommodating and FAST!

No issues with the fingerprinting.

Went in for Livescan fingerprinting. My employer said that the fingerprints were done incorrectly so I had to return and have them done again. The owner was impatient and refused to take them again. He said that he just needed to resubmit what he had already done electronically. One week later, and no fingerprints were returned. It caused me to miss out on a few days of work.

Be aware. Don't use your credit card here. I went here before once and didn't had any problem. Recently I went again and within an hour of using my credit card at this location, there were three transactions which happened from a different part of the country. I have never used my card for many days before that at any location.

Extremely professional and *very quickly* responsive to email. Raj patiently helped me work through an unnecessarily complicated I-9 web form for my new employer. The price was slightly high, but the service was the best I've ever seen, so well worth it!

Stop!!! Please Read before you consider this place: I did my live scan with them. It went terrible! Here is what happened: My finger print scan was not accepted by the Department of Real Estate because the of lack of finger print details. Not sure if this place messed up taking my finger prints or it did not come out well enough for another reason. This is debatable. Anyways, this is not why I don't like this place. I give them the benefit of the doubt. I got an official letter from the Department of Real Estate stating it needs to be rescanned again with NO charge at this same original place. I showed them the letter and asked politely to get a rescan. They want more proof from the Justice Department. They wont accept the letter from Department of Real Estates! I went back two times and called them multiple times but they refuse to retake my finger print scans. The scan fee is not much like $50 or $60 but this ordeal has costs me a lot of time/effort/money. For these reasons, this place needs to learn how to do fair and correct the problem when the customer asks for it. I am a reasonable person. The wife and husband team hanged up when I last call them. I hate to leave bad reviews but this place deserves it!!!

You know how much a delay on your live scan can cost.
