Highly recommended. They provided a quick quote via email right before Thanksgiving. Easy to pay online and schedule an appointment by phone.
We did a standard residential home inspection plus some additional services (sewers, sprinkles, and termites). 2 people came and stayed for around 2.5 hours.
We received a detailed report within hours and it was very useful and pretty easy to understand. Kory was very nice providing explanations to us. Thanks to have selected sprinkle system inspection we discovered that the house didn't have a functional system in place although it was included in the seller's disclosure. Price are fair and you have many adds on to include depending on the age of the house and how deep you want to check.

So easy and professional. I have a new construction home and they took the time to walk me through what they found (even though I could have read it in the report). I didn’t expect them to have shoe covers to wear in the house but that is a testament to their professionalism. Easy to call and set up—called on a Monday for a Saturday morning inspection. They even tested my appliances!
