I’ve been recommended to work with Dwayne and the team here at 1st Quality Tax Service, and it has not disappointed. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with this team and I would definitely recommend.

Dwayne was able to find a mistake by a previous tax consultant that filed for me, very glaring/costly mistake, but helped me out with an amendment of taxes filed and got me a good chunk of my refund back, went from $11k owed to $9k refunded.

As far as the service I have received from 1st Quality Tax Service is without a doubt the best. I have used you guys for so long, I can't remember how far back my relationship goes, maybe 20 years or more. I do know, after all these years I am totally satisfied with your service. Dwayne Jr. has always been responsive to me and my family's needs (that's a family of 5). I just send him a quick email or call him, and he always gets back to me in a very timely manner. I refer as many people as I can to them, because I know the level of service they will receive will be outstanding. And I don't put my name out there unless there is good cause to do so.
