I ordered a banner on Sunday, November 10. Monday, November 11 was Veterans Day. Even though I paid for 3-4 day shipping, the banner arrived on Tuesday, November 12. It looked good and arrived via UPS. I chose a white background (since it said they ship faster) with no grommets and no proof, but I was still shocked at how quickly it arrived after a holiday weekend.

I ordered a one-time use banner for a Thursday event. My order was received by them on a Monday at 9:46 am, well ahead of their 12 noon PST promise to ship by the end of the next business day. The order did not ship until Wednesday at 5:33 pm and did not arrive until Friday at 4:27 pm. If they had shipped on Tuesday as promised, with 1-2 day delivery, it would have arrived in time. Now they are harassing and threatening me with legal action for disputing the purchase amount with my credit card company. 1DayBanner - don't make promises that you can't keep.

If I could give no stars, I would. Product is fine, it's the people you have to deal with. Their employees are UNBELIEVABLY rude. On the phone AND via email. I would highly recommend you find another banner source, DO NOT order from these people.
