I was pleased with 101 Mobility's response when I was turned down for a replacement for my older stair lift chair by coming out and discussing the options available to me. They were very kind in explaining my options and why I did not qualify for a replacement. They were also patient while it took some time to have the carpet replaced on the stairs in the foyer of the condominium units where I live. The new stair lift is wonderful and will be a great asset to my life when I have knee surgeries this summer. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at 101 Mobility for their kindness, patience and understanding. You have been wonderful throughout this process.

We have purchased two chair lifts from 101 Mobility. Phil Jacuzzi was great to work with and so was the installer. We love the chair lifts. They truly have created a much safer environment in our home by allowing us to be able to access and enjoy our finished basement. Additionally the newest chair lift has provided us a safe exit from our home through our garage. Their lift chairs are invaluable assets to us. Hired 101 Mobility for a patient lift at a client site from our company First united Roofing & Construction. the Techs were excellent to work with and were very flexible. we had a complete bathroom remodel and they worked with us to get the tracks just right. The front office was easy to deal with. Materials were hard to get due to supply chain issues, but once the material arrived they did the entire job in a timely manner with the customer needs in top of their mind.

Because of my upcoming knee surgery and current knee pain, it has been impossible for me to climb the stairs in my house. I called 101 Mobility after seeing their name in my Google search. They came home and assessed the situation and offered the solutions. Several moths later, when it became really impossible to climb, I visited 101 showroom and witness the operation of the chair in person. I selected Harmon chair. The following week they installed the stair lift. It took less than 4 hours. The whole experience was very pleasant. Very friendly people. And best thing is the price was quite affordable. I couldn't have asked for better experience. Very Happy!

Purchased a stairlift from 101 Mobility a little over 10 years ago for my husband - best thing I’ve ever purchased, and best company I’ve ever used. They were extremely helpful, professional, and responsive; they even came out and installed it during an ice storm in Dallas. AND the service from them since then has been incredible - always quick and responsive to fix/adjust anything. Each person there cares about making someone else’s life easier. I have always been amazed at their dedication. My husband passed at the end of 2020, and I’ve kept the stairlift. I’ve recently had an accident and need to use it. After years of disuse, it was a bit sluggish. Called them, and they came right out - tuned it all up and put a new battery in. After all these years, they are still the same dedication and professionalism. And, yes, their prices are competitive. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any mobility needs!
