Impossible to pursue deals through them, as a seller I would be very frustrated with their process and communication capabilities. It's a huge battle to acquire any further information on listings in order to underwrite and bring an offer - in addition to the several weeks it takes for them to return a simple phone call. Very disappointing brokerage. Apparently nobody works here or wants to take listings to the closing table.
