He was on time, even early. He answered all my questions about charges before he arrived. We sat together going over my ID and paperwork ahead of meeting with my 103 year old mother-in-law who can be challenging, so as to not get her upset. When he did ask her the required questions to confirm her mental capacity and the reason for signing, he was clear, polite and efficient - very professional This had a markedly positive impact on my mother-in-law who either likes a stranger or doesn't in the first few seconds of contact, and trusts or distrusts them accordingly. She signed and gave her thumb print willingly and all went well. I certainly would recommend this gentleman to anyone who needs a mobile notary.

This man came to help me at midnight to get papers in the mail before I left the country! At first he said no, he had family in from out of town, but then he called back and was willing to come!! I had only 5 days to move out of my house and close escrow due to an abroad trip planned 8 months prior, and due to series of unfortunate circumstances did not have these important papers until 7pm the night before my flight, when all other notaries were closed. Deeply grateful for him helping me, and not only notarizing, but mailing it out for me too bc there was no time to even get to a post office before my plane at 5am the next morning. It was expensive--but he came at midnight!!! Understandable, and honestly, reasonable for the circumstances I was in.

Alborz responded within minutes for our request to notarize my Dad's Austiran pension paperwork. Up until now, Dad could walk into a place of business to get his documents in order, but sadly, this isn't the case anymore. Alborz was very kind to Dad and he made the process less confusing. We were told what we needed to do, and submitted the appropriate paperwork beforehand via text/e-mail. We will do business with 007Notary in the future.
